Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Downloadable or digital products

Personal care or intimate items (if applicable)
To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@Womanharbor.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account again

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at Support@Womanharbor.com.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
